INGREDIENTS
- 1 HMR Vanilla Shake
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 8 ice cubes
- 1 Tbs lemon sugar-free, fat-free pudding mix
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Place ice cubes in a food processor fitted with a metal blade.
- 2. Process until ice is crushed.
- 3. Turn off the food processor. Scrape the ice off the sides and top into bottom.
- 4. Turn the food processor back on. Add water, shake mix, and pudding powder.
- 5. Mix for 3 minutes.
